I actually received a debt collection for a jaywalking ticket that occurred in august 2007. I had written in as this officer had also asked me my ethnicity and had blatantly ignored the other woman jaywalking. The area had no traffic lights at the time and it was safer to cross where I did. Just wondering how only now they are sending me a collection 10 years later.
