My question involves malpractice in the state of: New Mexico
Just curious. I'm a provider currently practicing. I plan to move out-of-state to practice at a different facility.
There was a incident involving a death of a patient.
If the family wants to seek legal action in the future after I leave this practice, would my current malpractice via current employer cover me?
Should I get private malpractice insurance incase anything arises in the future? If so, what type of malpractice insurance should I get?
Thank you
