Insurance Company Causing Resuspension and Judgement

My question involves an accidental hat occurred in the state of: Ohio. I was the at fault drivers in an ovi accident from having a roify being put in my drink. But I had full coverage. The accident involved 3 cars. Insurance company paid for 2 I didn't know they didn't pay for other and never got court papers on judgement because I had moved. After accident I paid over 600 in reinstatement fee was on probation and had driving privileges for work. In 2015 I tried to call again a truck I had bought but couldn't because my license was resuspended over judgement of unpaid vehicle and they put fra suspension on me. The insurance paid judgement after my license was suspended. I still was made to pay reinstatement be again 150 more. And have to carry sr22 why when obviously insurance company is responsible for all this extra mess by not paying til after judgement and a year of hardship of being able to find a decent job from not being able to drive
