My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Mississippi
My mother in law recently lost her residence and is going through a lot of distress. She was starting with me for a few days and threatened suicide. My wife and I called an ambulance and she was admitted into the hospital for an evaluation. My landlord found put about this incident and has sent me letters and texts stating that we have to move and also stating that "no one" is allowed to be on the property except for me and my child. Does the landlord have this right?
Thank you.
