Disorderly Conduct: Dismissed Disorderly Conduct

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

This happened about 2 years ago and I got charged for public urination, disorderly conduct in texas. The cop just wrote me a ticket, there was no arrest, and I went home that night. I hired a lawyer and the court dismissed the case and I was on probation for 24 hours. My lawyer said that it's very unlikely to show on my background check but I am paranoid. He also added that it depends on how they ask the questions on my job application. "Have you been arrested or convicted." which I know is neither. I have a job interview next week and I am really scared that this will show up or deny me an employment. I read some horror stories about public urination leading to sex offenders and I am sure that I did not get this. I applied in a hospital so that is going to be the type of environment that I will work in. I know I can get this expunged which will cost $1k or more but I rather not at this point and I am not desperate this get a job at this point. Also he said that if this shows up, I can tell HR about the circumstances.
