My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia.
Yesterday I was involved in an accident.
The person in front of me had been brake checking me for at least a mile down a two lane road with solid yellow lines.
After swerving to avoid hitting the individual and ending up in the next lane I decided (stupidly I guess) to pass the driver. As I start passing them, they swerve and ram their car into mine. I received a ticket for being on the wrong side of the road. I am wondering if there is any case I could possibly pursue. Attempting to pass on a solid yellow wasn't smart I'll admit, but there must be some law against intentionally ramming another driver on the road? What are your thoughts?
