My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Georgia
My neighbor has been harassing me for the last 2 years. He has called me all sorts of names and damaged my property 4 times. It is a back and forth between him and me. I call the police and he tells them I am doing it and he has no idea why they have been called. Then the sheriff comes down my driveway and serves me papers that he has filed claiming I am stalking him. I go to court and he has his family and a friend all there backing up his lies. He continues to harass me even today. What should I do?
