My question involves criminal law for the state of: INDIANA / MADISON COUNTY
my husband has been dealing with a 5 year old dealing/pos. charge he was put into work release in march last year and they were going to violate him for a discrepancy on their part ( no license or insurance and had him walking to and from one job and walking to one but driving back? tldr; unaccounted hours) so after his cjc officer told him that he decided to run (bad idea i know) soon after we found out i was pregnant. we are now trying to clear up his legal troubles ( 2 warrants) so it does not impact or childs ife. if anybody has any information regarding how to not get the book (max time)? please hes not a bad person he has only been arrested at work, he hasnt been in any trouble since. We (me and our daughter) appresiate(bad spelling sorry)any help at all.
