Hello, I'm pretty sure I currently have a warrant for not showing up to court about a month ago for a shoplifting charge. I have a court date tomorrow in civil court regarding an eviction. Will the court check to see if I have any warrants and potentially arrest me? I have no experience with how civil court works procedurally and was hoping someone had any idea whether or not they will check my background and take me into custody on the spot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
