My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Texas. Son was in accident on a two lane county road. Him an car in front of him were traveling north bound when the car in front turned on her right turn signal an stepped on brakes to make what he thought was a right turn into a driveway ( due to using her right blinker) so he began to pass her on the left when she decided to turn left into another driveway instead of right. His right bumper caught her left back panel. Just wondering who was at fault an if our insurance will be liable for her damages. Neither one of them were issued a ticket an she did admit to officer that she had used the wrong blinker.
