I currently have FMLA leave, 2nd year now, and am going to have surgery. My illnesses have affected my work and once I have the surgery I"ll be just about out of FMLA leave. If I am fired for absence due to these illnesses after exhausting FMLA, am i eligible for Unemployment Benefits?
