someone in the office of the university sent my official transcripts to an institution that didn't help me with paying any tuition without my consent. Not only my transcript for one semester was sent but 2 semesters. After the transcripts was sent to the institution , the institution contacted me and told me the information that was provided by the university and not me. I think they violate the FERPA's act because even in their manuscript they stated that to send anyone any official documents the student will need to sign a form. After that i asked the office in the university and they admitted that they made a mistake. And because of their mistake my credits for 1 year of studying would not be approved because the institution didn't know i was studying on my expense until the university sent them my documents without any permission. i didn't state anything about the institution in my application.
