Benton County claims to have a roadway easement over my property. The road is currently a small 2 lane dirt road. They recently cut trees and removed a barbed wire fence to widen and pave the road.
They are claiming that they have a 25' easement from the center line of the road.
Even if the county has earned a prescriptive easement, what is the established width of that easement?
Is it the same if the right of way has been dedicated?
