My question involves a driver's license from the the state of Maryland. I have a driving on suspended in Maryland from 2001 that I lost the citation and never received a court date for so never appeared in court. There was an FTA which was later invalidated in 2005 but the case is still active. I am now trying to get my license in Virginia and can't until this is the taken care of. What options do I have? I also have 2 driving on suspended in Virginia which I received much later and I would like to know if this went to court would those go against me? Would this be considered my 3rd offense?
