My question involves a marriage in the state of:Florida
My husband and I resided in Florida and we seperated and I moved to Tn. He wouldnt allow my to take my car. The car is registered and titled in my name and I have all the paperwork on it as well as the spare key. He continues using it even tho its all in my name. Can I go take possession of my car or have a repo company go get it so I can pick it up? Neither of us have filed for divorce yet.
