My question involves court procedures for the state of: Michigan
a few years back when i first started my llc company I lost money on a job and didn't have money to pay back the supplier. The company then gave my outstanding bill to a law firm and then they gave me a certain amount of time to repay the full amount back. it was not paid by certain time then my bill shot up from $3000 to $10500. i wasn't at home when the order placed and on my door. the home is not mine, everything in this home is not in my name nor the tools purchased are in my name either. when they come back can the court officer still take any property in the home ? and how do they determine who owns what at the time they arrive ? do i have to provide receipts for everything as well ?
