My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida. One night me and my friends thought it would be cool to enter a school. There was no school on this day, it was a weekend. We are all 16 years old. Once we get into the school we start looking around. We start playing some music and just having "fun." We then needed to use the bathroom so we made our way to the bathroom. By the way wee do not go to this school. Outside of the bathroom there was a fire extinguisher, my friend grabbed it and started spraying it in the bathroom. He puts it back and then we leave the school. Four days go by and I get a call from the super intendent asking me for my dad, which he already had his name. He asked me that if I did know him (my dad) to please leave him a message. He described the situation and then I quickly hung up the phone. What could happen to us if they continue to find who we are and call the authorities? What would happen to my friend for firing the fire extinguisher?
