My ex and i have been divorced since nov 2016. It was uncontested. In our separation agreement it states that i get half of his TSP account plus interest earned.
Unfortunately the TSP does not accept this since they can not compute interest earned. We have to give them a whole amount.
My ex and i are trying to figure out how to do it. Some say that we have to reopen the divorce, others say we have to file a motion. We are kind of lost of what to do.
Any ideas or suggestion?
