Criminal Records: Final Disposition

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Pennsylvania

I was arrested in 2011 for a small amount of marijuana and a pipe. I was admitted into the ARD program. While on the ARD program, I was involved in an auto accident. As a result of the accident I was unable to work or pay the costs for ARD program. Instead of doing the responsible thing and contacting the court to explain my situation, I tried to just ignore everything that was going on. At that point I was removed from the ARD program and the case was set to move to trial. I had paid approximately $1000 of the $1100+ ARD costs by then.

I managed to avoid dealing with it until spring of 2016 when I turned myself in for missing court. I was brought before a judge, where the district attorney agreed to let me go. As best as I can tell, they had some mercy on me because of the accident, I had come so close to completing the payments, and I turned myself in.

What I'm unclear on is whether I was convicted of the charge or it was recorded as completing the ARD program.

I've found docket sheets and a court summary online that lists the following information:

Date Status
03/16/2016 Completed
10/16/2013 Awaiting Trial
10/09/2012 Awaiting ARD Completion
10/09/2012 Awaiting Completion of ARD Program
08/08/2012 Awaiting ARD Court
07/30/2012 Awaiting Trial
06/15/2011 Awaiting Formal Arraignment
06/15/2011 Awaiting Filing of Information

In the summary, it lists 3 charges. One shows it was dismissed (it was amended from possession to possession of a small amount for personal use) and the other 2 indicate a disposition of nolle prossed. Google tells me that means they will no longer prosecute. So I'm unsure of whether the charges were dismissed, I was convicted, or I completed ARD. I'm guessing I wasn't convicted or it would mention that but I'd like someone more experienced to confirm my understanding.

Thank you
