My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Colorado
Our roofing contractor recommended a window contractor (LLC) to do our windows. The window guys came out twice to measure and gave us a bid. We paid the cost of the supplies $4000. Now the contractor will not answer his phone and is no where to be found. What is our recourse? Can we go after someone who we can not get in touch with? The roofing company attempted to reach the window company also with no answer. Can we name the roofing company in a complaint or suit? Please help.
