My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Colorado. I'm wondering, first off, what is child abuse?? What does it's definition extend to, and what seperates child abuse from "discipline?" There's reasons I'm asking, but I'm not sure how far into depth I'd consider going till I have some answers/thoughts/ideas.
