My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Hawaii
My parents created an A/B trust. Dad died several years ago. Mom is trustee as long as she is alive and also manages her "A" trust while alive. I am survivor trustee on Dad's trust. My sister is survivor trustee on Mom's trust. My questions are:
As long as Mom is alive do I have any rights to a copy of Dad's trust, trust accounting for Dad's trust, copies of filed tax returns for Dad's trust?
Is there anything I should know or be made aware of regarding Dad's trust at this time?
