My question involves malpractice in the state of: New Hampshire
I had surgery on my foot. I had to stay for 2 nights. It was a nightmare. One of the times I had to use a bed pan I was left on it for ten to fifteen minutes. I had my call button on but no one was was paying attention to it. I was told they were doing reports. I would think that those call buttons should be monitored at all times. I had to call the main telephone number to have them call the nurses station to come and get it out. I was very distraught. No one seems to know what they are doing and the nurses are very forgetful. I certainly did not feel safe during my stay. Can you let me know if my rights were violated and if there is anything I can do about it legally. This happened at CMC Hospital Manchester NH
