Is the Device Id Required for an Smd in a Traffic Ticket

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of Washington.

What information is required to be on the ticket. The ticket says I was tracked by Speed Measuring Device (SMD), but doesn't provide the Device id, so I can't look up the device review information without discovery. I'm pretty sure I wasn't speeding since I saw the officer as we were both stopped at the same light, but since I drive a Porsche 911 he took the opportunity to follow me and give me a ticket.

It's not much, it's the principal. He says I was going 47 in a 35, but I'm willing to state that my speedometer read 38. During the ticketing, he said I was doing 56, but he's only giving me a ticket for 47 which he measured while we were both moving. I have a BS in physics and mathematics, and for me to accelerate to 56mph in the amount of time he's talking would put me out of sight and he wasn't driving quickly to catch me, so I really don't believe I was ever doing the speed he's listed. we even pulled into my neighborhood for the stop because we were less than a mile from my home at the stoplight.

Is it worth my time to contest the ticket? I have no prior traffic tickets in WA state. Also, I have a recognizable car, so I'm wondering if this will just hit me later.

By the way, this was at 11:50pm in a suburb of Seattle with no one on the road.
