My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Georgia

I was pulled over for a DUI for no reason i was booked and held in jail over night and bonded for 180. I was driving perfectly fine when i turned into a days inn and turned around to see two police officers with no lights on that turned on their lights and proceeded to come to the window. They breathlyzed me and i blew a .9 on sight and then a .113 at the station. I talked to some attorneys and they said I have a chance of beating the case due to the fact they did not have probable cause and that the fact they did not suspend my license. I am currently trying to figure out my best option in what to do next.
