Driver's License Applications: Revoked in Michigan

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Michigan
I'm trying to find out if I can get a license in the state of Texas I am moving there shortly my license has been revoked in Michigan for 10 years due to DUI.
I did see that Michigan is not in the compact I believe it's called so therein lies my question if I will be able to or not thank you for any help in advance.
