Collection and Enforcement: Collecting Child Support Internationally

Hi,
So my x wife has pretty much cut me out of the life of my son. I dont talk to him anymore and I know I never will agian. I will lower the amount of child support as I dont know what it will be for but I will continue paying for it.

This is in Peru. If you dont pay child support in Peru you can go to Jail Immidiatly.

But in this case I am back in the USA. I know the usa doesent have any child support laws with Peru. But I guess its a crime to not pay there.

Could i be extradited from the usa to go to Jail in Peru for this law broken?
