Speeding Tickets: School Zone Camera Ticket in Lake Forest Park, Wa

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington

I just received a notice of infraction from the city of Lake Forest Park. And, I have the following questions:

1. On the letter it says: "This infraction will not be a part of your driving record and will be processed as a parking infraction." Is it true? I just deferred my first speed ticket about 3 months ago, and I'd like to keep my insurance rate low.

2. The ticket says I was traveling at 27 MPH, and the posted speed was 20 MPH. The Official Website of LFP says the camera only captures cars going over 26 MPH. Since I'm only 1 MPH over, is it possible to fight the ticket based on the accuracy of the camera?

3. I took a screenshot of the sign on Google Maps. The sign at the school says this (Mon-Friday 7:00-9:00am & 2:00-4:30pm OR WHEN CHILDREN ARE PRESENT):
(I don't know how to insert photo properly. It is showing up as a question mark, but if you right click it, and open it with a new window, you will be able to see the photo)
It is, to me, almost impossible for a driver to read the times on the sign, and be aware at my clock time, and reduce my speed to 20 MPH. There were no children present (no children in the photos either), and I don't think the light was blinking-- if I saw it blinking, I would have slowed down. Is it possible to fight the ticket based on the fact that it is beyond a driver's capability to read the sign while driving? Or, if the branches were actually blocking the visibility of the sign, would it be a good defense? I live about 20 miles away from LFP, but I think it'd be worth it to drive there and take a picture, if this would work.

4. Are there any other good ways to fight this ticket?

5. If I chose to contest hearing by mail, and I lost. Would I have to pay extra fine? Or would it end up on driving record, and cause my insurance rate to go up? If not, I'd like to contest it, because I really think this infraction was not fair.

Thanks so much for your helps. I'll certainly update this thread, so everyone here can see how it goes :)
