Civil Rights Issues: Id Like to Know Whether Going into a Fast Food Establishment and Saying the Following

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Hey I know im asking a lot of tough questions I'm just going through a tough time.Id like to know whether going into a fast food establishment and saying the following to an employee is illegal or could get a visit from the cops as ive already said it to them I told them I don't like them personally and I don't like any of the people there or any of the people who work there.
