My question involves criminal law for the state of: happen in Illinois but both live in different states now. 42 yrs later said relative stated how great it was and anted to brag about taking sexual advantage of 13 just turns 14 yr old female family member and told her to never tell. Can she sue this family member after all these years? He is making her life hell right now
