My question involves a child custody case from the State of: New York. I live in NY and I m wanting to move to ND to be with my boyfriend. I have full custody of my daughter. He father has been in and out of Prison her whole life. She is five and maybe spent three week with him in total. He lives in Virginia. the visits he have had are under my discretion. which means i decide when he can see her. I have been the sole provider since I dont even get the support that is ordered.
