Traffic Accidents: Insurance Claim

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Ohio. I got into an accident and I wasn't cited. When I made a statement to the at-fault party's insurance company, I was asked if I had any other accidents or injuries related to an accident. I said no. I ddin't think it was any of their business and they would use past accidents against me. I had actually gotten into two accidents, one damaged the front of my car, which was my fault and I repaired out of my own pocket. The other was not my fault, I was rear-ended and got whiplash. Now I'm concerned that I could be charged with fraud for not mentioning the two previous accidents. Is this insurance fraud, can I be charged? No money has traded hands yet.
