Repossession: I Repossessed My Sisters Car, What All Can I Sue for

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Texas

My sister defaulted on her car loan that I am the primary on. I reposessed the vehicle and am now making the payments. On top of defaulting she got two red light tickets, toll bills, and defaulted on insurance that I am now responsible for because my name had to be on her policy.

I am working on filing a civil suit against her to reimburse me for the tolls, red light tickets, and insurance payment that was returned due to insufficient funds in her bank account. I am also planning on asking for her to pay for the tow fees and new key since she refused to hand over the car peacefully. If possible I would like to include the negative equity she rolled into the note from her previous car that my name was not on, is this overkill? And what are my chances of getting some of the depreciation out of the loan as well? I can not sell the car because I would have at least 10k left to pay on the note to sell it.

Thanks for any help!
