My question involves a visitation case from the State of: NEW JERSEY, I separated from my wife of 30 years in march, I now reside in an apartment. Now she is telling me I have no rights to enter the house to retrieve my mail and to see my adult sons. She mislead me by say "you can come anytime" but when I go she becomes verbally hostile......because she misled me about things I did overdraw our jointly held checking account which I paid back. there are no restraing order or charges or threats from either side. I try to go when she is working but she is hiding her schedule from me. I plan on getting a P.O Box. Also do I have any right to the password on the security lock on the door. Or the video surveillance cams....The account for these are in my name due to my employee discount? She won't talk to me at all.
