My question involves criminal law for the state of: MI
A friend of mine in science has a domestic partner also in science who is alleged to have tested her underwear in a lab for stains indicating she has been having intercourse, thus 'cheating' on him. Aside from being really weird, does this constitute some sort of crime? To me it sounded like harassment, but I didn't know if it could be considered something more serious.
