My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Georgia. ..I was injured at work September of last year when I was assisting a customer at work getting merchandise down off of a sky shelf. I was hit in right side of head but heard a pop in my neck on left side. I have been to orthopedic doctor physical therapy cervical injections CT mylogram nerve conduction study and did an IME ordered by my employer. Last seen Dr on the 22nd of last month where they told me they don't see anything wrong. Said they were referring me to dry needling and I also asked for copies of my reports from all three test and IME but was told they couldn't provide that to me I have to get them from workers comp. Nerve conduction study showed some nerve damage down left arm. I am still in a lot of pain not able to turn my neck to the left head has been basically cocked sideways to the right since injury. I am in pain and have heard nothing from anyone since my last visit. Can someone please lead me in the right direction as to what I need to do I am lost and hurting. I need advice in a bad way. I do not agree with what this Dr said. I can tell you something is wrong but now feel I am not going to get anywhere with workers comp right now. Please help
