My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Georgia
Hello all. We had a vehicle towed to our shop after being in an accident. We have had this vehicle since January inside our facility. The owner, insurance adjuster and a private adjuster have been out to look at the vehicle. We have received the insurance estimate, but no authorization to start repairs. We have tried to contact owner without avail. We have done a vin research and the vin keeps coming back " no vin found" so we are unable to send out certified letters because we have no address for the owner. The owner knows when the vehicle arrived at our shop and has just failed to contact us back. Oh and did I mention this was over a $65,000 vehicle?
