Presumption of Paternity: Can a Married Mother Refuse to Allow the Biological Father to See the Child

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Tennessee. A baby was born as a result of an affair outside of the marriages, the mom is still married and undergoing a divorce, dad is still married, but the mom won't allow the biological dad to see the kid because since she's married her husbands last name goes on the baby. Can the dad fight for custody if he's the biological father, we were told that because she's still married the biological dad loses the right to file for custody petition
