Post-Conviction Relief: Is it Possible to Reduce Felony Convictions to Misdemeanors

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Tennessee
I was involved in a car accident where I passed in a no passing zone going considerably over the speed limit. I hit a vihicle head on. I wasn't under the influence of any drugs. I was charged with 3 reckless aggravated assaults and a reckless endangerment with a motor vehicle. The driver received a few stitches under his eye, the woman passenger was pregnant, (she had her baby and she was healthy) and a young child in the back seat. There weren't any injuries to the child or the mother. I only have this on my record and I'd like to drop it down to a misdemeanor. I served 3 months in jail then was on probation for 4 years, after 2 years I missed my appointment and was violated. I served another 3 months and completed my probation successfully. Unfortunately at the time I was ineligible for pre trial diversion, due to a previous charge of disorderly conduct when I was 18. I'd love to get his dropped down, before I met with a lawyer I wanted to know if it was possible. Thanks in advance for any advice you give!
