My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington
Over two years ago I met a Dominatrix (life style), and we hit it off in a power exchange relationship. We have had a lot of fun and she is a pro photographer so she took lots of pictures and videos, (hundreds) of mainly me which have voice recordings as well.
Two weeks ago she became very angry with me and things escalated to the point with she demanded that I pay her $100 per week for the rest of my life for offending her.
I refused and she then threatened to contact my employer if I didn't deposit $250.00 in her daughter's bank account by 4:00 PM Friday 4/22/2016.
I called the domestic court to find out which court, (King County) would have jurisdiction and the person was so dense she could't tell me, (she just said file it anywhere in King County). I told her it was an emergency but she failed to tell me about the 11:00 AM cut off or emergency orders so I have a preliminry hearing scheduled 4/29/2016.
The woman made good on her threat to call and send information to my employer so I face an unknown future when I report to work Monday morning.
I know she stated to the receptionist that I had raped her daughter, (not sure which one she means), in a company truck. Absolutely false.
She gloated in a text about talking to upper management and Monday may not be so fun.
Questions:
Since her demand was in a text that is in the court filing I did Friday, I would think blatant extortion is illegal, if so: please cite the RCW.
She said this is just the beginning, (in a text), and she plans to embarrass my kids, (adults) and family as well.
I am preparing for the hearing Friday, (anti harassment protection order) and plan to get statements from my co workers who have been contacted.
Any advice on how to proceed is welcome.
She has no assets and prolly feels she has zero to lose by hammering me.
I have not returned any texts/emails or answered her calls other then to state do not contact my employer: PERIOD in Thursday 4/21.
I owe her nothing, (money) and have never made any advances or touched any of her daughters.
