My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Emancipation. I want to be emancipated from the control of my parents. My parents don't abuse me or my siblings or anything, but I don't want then to be responsible for me anymore. They constantly argue with me and they don't let me do anything. EVER! I am constantly forced to sit at home by myself. My friends aren't usually allowed to come over and I'm not allowed to go anywhere with them.I constantly have to clean the Whole House. Every night. My siblings don't have to anything but clean their room. I want to get emancipated and be able to live with my aunt. She says I can. I will get my license in November and then I will get a job. I will work to buy my own stuff and not depend on anybody. If I get emancipated, I want my brother and sister to be able to stay with my parents and nothing to happen to them being able to stay there. Would that be possible?
