My question involves criminal law for the state of: I'm in Texas and had put in a request to have my breathalyzer removed,I was given 3 years probation my lawyer comes back and says that my sentence was wrong and that I was giving 10 years probation.meanwhile all my paper work says 3 years there has now appeared another paper that says 10years but that doesn't have my prints or signatures.lm having to rehire my original lawyer but he says he has never run into something like this I'm actually paying agin to try and have all this corrected and it's costing almost as much when I was given my first sentence.has anyone ran into this or heard of something like this ever happen and how it can be corrected.
