My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Texas
My husband has a suspended license which will be up on 4-11; where he will then be able to renew his license. Problem is he caught a DWI charge while having no license; we are still awaiting the determination from that charge. So my question is: If he goes in to take his test and renew his license, will he be able to keep it or can they still take away his license after he receives judgment for the DWI charge?
