Arrest Warrants: Out of State Felony Warrants Vis a Vis the Nevada Dmv

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Nevada
Warrant
My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Nevada

Hello,
I have a question that I've tried to search on the internet and I come up with a lot of varying answers.

I have an out of state driver's license, issued in the state that I have a non-traffic related warrant. I currently live in a different state (NV) and my DL from the other state is about to expire. I don't drive, so I just need to get an ID card in NV. I've pulled up my driving record in the previous state, and it doesn't show that they've suspended my license or anything like that. I says valid with no restrictions. When I go to get the ID card in NV, can/will they see that I have an outstanding warrant in another state?

This is where I'm getting confused. Some sites say DMV's run NCIC when you apply for a DL/ID, where as some sites say they don't have access to NCIC (I have no idea if I'm in NCIC though; I know some states report everyone and some only report murders, rapists, etc) Some sites say they only run you through a national driver's license system, and if they do, there's contradicting information on whether that shows non traffic related warrants, but there's also contradicting information on whether they'd even run you through that National driver's system if you just want an ID card.

Basically, will I be arrested at a NV DMV for trying to get an ID?

Thanks
