My question involves court procedures for the state of: PA
I was just granted a judgement against my ex to pay me $4300. Her atty is supposed to be in contact with me soon to I guess agree upon a payment amount to be paid to me on a monthly basis. If I do not agree to the payment amount they are proposing, what can I do. I have a feeling she will say she can pay $25 a month which would take years to pay back. Her house is in her husbands name and her motorcycle and vehicle were switched into her husbands name as well to show no assets because she knew it was coming. Not sure what my next step would be. She has the money to pay it but will probably try to drag it out. If I deny the minimal payment what can I do? Is there a time limit she has to repay the judgement?
