Arrest Warrants: Bench Warrant from a Forgotten DUI Charge

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Philadelphia
I recently received a call from a Philadelphia State Trooper telling me that there is a bench warrant against me for a DUI from 1997. I had no knowledge of the bench warrant till the phone call and I had no idea I had any DUI charges against me at all but I do recall the accident which only involved myself and a telephone pole. I left Philadelphia shortly after this incident because of a nasty divorce that I was going through at the time, I was not running from the charges I never remember receiving. I was told when I called the courts in PA. that a warrant was served to me in Arizona and my mother had signed for it in 1997. I do not recall ever getting it and my mother also does not recall ever signing for it although she must of. Right now I reside in Oregon and I work for the state of Oregon as a state worker which demands a country wide background check and your fingerprints. Needless to say I have had to do that for many jobs but this has never ever come up and that is disconcerting to say the least. But non the less I would like to know what to do next as I am a veteran of 15 years with 4 Honorable discharges and pride myself for being a law abiding citizen, I would like to get this quashed but I do not want to travel to PA. to do it. Any helpful suggestions???
