My question involves a person located in the state of:California
I have 2 nephews 7 and 10 who i wish to get guardianship over. Both parents are in Jail and kids are currently staying with their aunt. Court appointed her legal guardian a year ago. She has 3 children of her own and cannot give the kids the attention they need. Both parents and current legal guardian are in favor of me having the kids. I live in Ga and cannot travel back and fourth for different hearings and court dates. Could the legal guardian send the kids to GA so that i may file guardianship out here. Or will i have to get guardian ship in CA and then bring them back?
