My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Illinois
I was driving and switched lanes while using my turn signal on and cut the cop off and all they did were flash there high beams and honk at me, so I kept driving steady for a few seconds and then switched again to the other lane when it got fully open going down a hill it was 40 and my car went up 55 as the cop says and she pulled me over in the matter of seconds of switching ..got two tickets. She say I cut her off not using turn signal witch I did! And speeding 55 on a 40
