My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: CA
I was caught driving in the car pool lane on the 405. I excited the lane, followed by a police officer. The violation I received was a vc 21655.5(b). He specifically told me that there would not be any traffic school that this was just a fine. However, when i received the ticket in the mail, it reads $544.00 for traffic school.
Is this the correct violation for driving in the carpool lane? Should i contest the ticket?
