My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Wooster oh 44691 I have never had a license but my license was suspended for driving with out a license and I owe $6300. $6000. for the state of Rhode island and 3 hounded for the state of Wooster oh. I am 50 years of age and I have a part time job but I cant seam to ever pay this off due to the cost of living. is there a way I can get driving privileges so I can get back and forth to worth and obtain another job to help me pay off what I owe.I live in a town that provides no transportation only cabs and I cant afford a cab . I really need some help here please and thank you for your time
